Terra Caelo (Earth and Heaven) is a spacious and inviting sanctuary from everyday life. Bordering protected open space, Tera Caelo was designed to maximize Kayenta’s panoramic view and provide plenty of outdoor living areas. Both comfortable and energy-efficient, Terra Caelo is heated and cooled by a 10-zone high-efficiency mini-split system and illuminated by a thoughtfully designed LED lighting plan. Carefully placed photovoltaic and solar-thermal panels produce an abundance of electricity and hot water year around.
